Shipping Information

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from our Singapore warehouse. However, orders placed on a Friday will most likely be processed on the following Monday. 

For orders made in Singapore,

Upon receiving your order, it will be dispatched within 1-3 business days to our local courier partners.

Once dispatched, an email with the tracking number will be sent to you. We will also provide you the website to allow you to track your order.

Delivery is generally 2-4 working days after order is being dispatched. You will receive a SMS notification with OTP before delivery.

In an event that your order(s) do not arrive after 7 working days from the date of purchase, please email support@theofficialyuan.com along with your order ID and we will be happy to assist you. 

For orders made outside Singapore,

We provide worldwide shipping for our products through our external shipping provider(s).

Shipping cost will be calculated upon checkout. Upon receiving your order, it will be dispatched within 1-3 business days to our external shipping provider(s).

Once dispatched, an email with the tracking number will be sent to you. We will also provide you the website to allow you to track your order.

Delivery is generally 3-6 working days after order is being dispatched, depending on countries and custom clearance. Please indicate in the order if you prefer a lower value to be declared. theOfficialYuan will not be responsible for any customs and duties charged to a customer.
